Dinner after the Nabana no Sato illumination — 2 minutes away
Winter in Nagashima means the illumination at Nabana no Sato. The 2026–27 season runs from October 17, 2026 to May 31, 2027. If you are wondering where to have dinner before or after the lights, Yakiniku Tono is about 2 minutes away by car.
Before the lights, or after
The illumination lights up around sunset, and our dinner service starts at 17:00. Our guests do it both ways:
- Eat first: come in around 17:00, take your time over dinner, and head to Nabana no Sato once it is dark.
- See the lights first: enjoy the illumination, then come for dinner. We are open until 23:00 (last order 22:00), so there is no need to rush.
What to order
Hida beef outside skirt is the cut guests order most at Yakiniku Tono. It arrives from Hida-Takayama the day after processing, so it stays tender and full of flavor even when cut thick. If it is your first visit, start here.
For a special night, add A5 Matsusaka beef sirloin, with the sweet, melting fat Matsusaka beef is known for. If you are sharing, our platter of five cuts brings Matsusaka beef and Hida beef together on one board.

After Nagashima Spa Land or Jazz Dream Nagashima
We are also about 15 minutes by car from Nagashima Spa Land and Mitsui Outlet Park Jazz Dream Nagashima — an easy stop for dinner on your way back from the rides or a day of shopping. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays we also serve lunch (11:30–14:00, last order 13:30).
Families and groups are welcome

Book ahead in the busy season
During the illumination season, weekends and holidays get busy — especially in December. We recommend booking ahead with our online form (you may write in English). Same-day bookings are by phone only: +81-594-42-2939.
Dinner daily 17:00–23:00 (last order 22:00) · Closed Wednesdays.
